Terms and Conditions

These Terms form an agreement between you and RMC.CEO (the “Operator”) for use of the RMC.CEO website, membership, credits, account marketplace, referral program, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing, or using a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Operator may reject, suspend, or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, legal violations, or violations of these Terms.
2. Club membership
The currently offered club fees are US$200 for one month, US$450 for three months, and US$1,600 for one year. Checkout shows the price and term before payment. Membership begins when payment is confirmed and expires at the end of the purchased term. A new term purchased while membership is active is added to the existing expiration date. Membership does not renew automatically unless checkout clearly states otherwise and you separately authorize recurring billing.
3. Credits, orders, and accounts
Credits are prepaid units used inside the service and have no cash value. One credit represents US$0.01 of service value. An upvote costs 11 credits (US$0.11); a normal-niche comment costs 500 credits (US$5), and a risky-niche comment costs 1,000 credits (US$10). Verified removals within 10 days of delivery qualify for return of the affected service credits to your account, not cash. Claims are reviewed manually. Pricing, availability, delivery pace, and order limits may change before purchase. Aged account listings describe expected age and karma at the time of sale, but third-party platforms can later restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content.
4. Third-party platform risk
RMC.CEO is independent from Reddit, Inc. and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Reddit. Reddit's rules prohibit vote manipulation, including vote services and coordinated voting. Using these services may breach Reddit's agreements and may lead to removed votes or content, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans. You accept this material risk and remain responsible for reviewing and following every third-party platform's current rules. The Operator does not promise that an order, account, post, or result will remain available.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity; fraud or impersonation; harassment, threats, or doxxing; exploitation of minors; malware or unauthorized access; evasion of sanctions; interference with elections or civic processes; deceptive claims about health, safety, finance, or emergencies; infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights; or content that the Operator reasonably determines creates material harm. The Operator may cancel such orders without delivery and may preserve or disclose records when legally required.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers and may use cryptocurrency. Network fees, exchange-rate changes, underpayments, and payments sent to an incorrect address are your responsibility. Except where law requires otherwise, activated memberships, delivered credits, completed orders, and transferred digital accounts are final and non-refundable. If the Operator cannot provide a purchased item or service, its remedy may be replacement, redelivery, account credit, or refund of the affected amount. Chargebacks, reversals, fraud, or duplicate payments may result in suspension and reversal of related benefits.
7. Referral program
An eligible referrer earns 10% of the club fee actually received from a member who registered through that referrer's code or link. A commission is created only after the referred payment settles and remains pending until reviewed. No commission is earned on the referrer's own purchases, credits, account sales, taxes, fees, refunded or reversed payments, fraudulent or duplicate accounts, or transactions that violate these Terms. Reversed payments may void or offset commissions. Referrers must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship whenever they promote RMC.CEO. Referrers are responsible for taxes and accurate payout information. The Operator may end or change the program prospectively, but approved unpaid commissions remain payable under the rules in effect when earned.
8. Service changes and availability
The service may be modified, paused, or discontinued for maintenance, security, supplier availability, legal requirements, or business reasons. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact delivery timing, engagement, rankings, revenue, or any other outcome.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
The website, brand, software, and original materials belong to the Operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except where applicable law permits. You grant the Operator permission to use feedback without payment or restriction.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a particular result. The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. The Operator's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service directly giving rise to that claim during the three months before the event. These limits do not apply where applicable law forbids them.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the Operator and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your unlawful conduct, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, legal exposure, or discontinuation. Provisions that logically survive termination, including payment duties, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and disputes, remain effective.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the Operator will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
14. Changes and contact
The Operator may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, additional notice or consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms and the checkout terms are the entire agreement for the service.
